Kylie Pellerin is a certified School Psychologist II and Licensed Psycho-Educational Specialist (MS+30). She specializes in comprehensive educational and psychological evaluations, including the identification and diagnosis of learning disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, and ADHD. Her expertise also includes behavioral assessment, intervention planning, psycho-educational counseling, and providing advocacy and consultative support for families and schools.

Kylie has served in the public school system for 17 years, bringing a deep understanding of child development, educational needs, and collaborative problem-solving. She and her husband, Tom, have been married for 14 years and are parents to two children, ages eleven and six.

Her passion for holistic wellness began early in her career, after personally experiencing significant health improvements through changes in nutrition and lifestyle. This sparked a long-term interest in how diet, environment, and natural approaches can influence behavior and mental health. She continues to study these connections and integrates a whole-child perspective into her work.

Kylie and her family are actively involved at NewSpring Church, where community and service are central parts of their lives. Rooted Oak reflects her belief that every child has the potential to grow strong, healthy, and grounded—like a thriving oak tree. Her goal is to partner with families to support the nourishment, stability, and healthy foundation each child needs to flourish.
